Guatemala has produced yet another terrific dancer! Dalia was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She has been in the DC area for the past two years - the same amount time she has danced salsa.

Having found out about SAOCO through a friend, Dalia decided to join because she'd rather not go to the gym. In addition to the exercise, she wanted to meet new friends (accomplished) and make good, productive use of her spare time (use of time, accomplished - productive - who knows?).

In addition to dancing, Dalia enjoys arts and crafts. We hear that the folks at Michael's know her by name. And having just bought her own place, she frquents Home Depot a lot. Although is it for her home or for the men? The jury is still out. She works in education policy research and travels often with her job. Dalia claims to not dance any other styles but she is more than willing to learn. If you have any ideas as to what she should learn next - find her and let her know!
